ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SERVICES AND UNDERSTANDING

Total Solutions Development

I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SERVICE TYPE

I acknowledge that I am entering into a consulting relationship with Total Solutions Development ("TSD") for educational and advisory services related to Veterans Affairs benefits information only.

I understand and acknowledge the following:

1. Nature of Services: TSD provides educational information and general consultation services only. TSD does NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or claim preparation services. TSD is NOT a law firm and the consultants are NOT attorneys unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. TSD is NOT accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to represent claimants in formal claims, appeals, or proceedings.

2. No Legal Representation: The services provided by TSD do NOT constitute legal representation before the VA or any other government agency. I am responsible for filing my own claims or retaining a VA-accredited attorney or claims agent for formal representation. Any assistance provided by TSD is informational only and does not replace legal counsel.

3. VA Non-Affiliation: TSD is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA may provide similar services to me free of charge through Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs), County Veterans Service Officers, or accredited representatives. I acknowledge that I have been informed of these free resources.

4. Payment Terms: TSD provides consulting services for a fee as described in this acknowledgment and the Service Agreement. Payment is required as outlined in the Service Agreement. Payment does NOT guarantee any specific outcome, rating increase, or approval of a claim.

5. My Responsibility: I am ultimately responsible for my VA claim and all decisions related to it. I may consult with the VA directly or seek accredited legal representation at any time.

II. DISCLAIMER AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above statements. I am entering into this consulting relationship voluntarily and at my own discretion, understanding the limitations of the services provided.

I understand that:

- Consulting services are not a substitute for legal representation or attorney advice.

- TSD does not guarantee any outcomes.

- I may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.

- I am responsible for verifying all information provided and seeking independent legal counsel if needed.

III. AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT

I hereby authorize TSD to provide consulting services as outlined in the accompanying Service Agreement. I consent to: receiving communications via email, phone, and text message at the contact information I have provided; storage of my personal information in accordance with TSD's Privacy Policy; and communication with me regarding my consulting services.

IV. CONSULTING FEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Client agrees that TSD's consulting fee will equal thirty-three percent (33%) of the funds TSD creates for the Client for a period of nine (9) months. By checking this box, Client confirms that this fee arrangement has been read, understood, and accepted.
